How it's Made

We make the Pepperoni for Freybe’s Pepperoni & Cheddar Combo by mildly spicing cuts of pork with paprika, mustard, and garlic then blending the result to the perfect consistency. Once we’ve stuffed our pepperoni into their casings, we take the time to fully cook and smoke them so that they’re ready to eat and brimming with that famous Freybe flavour.

We pair them with a mild cheddar because we know that you know a great flavour combination when you see it.
