When you’re feeling a little daring, go bold! This is a little spicier than the Original because we switched out the mustard for some cayenne (but it’s not as full-on as the Smokin’ Hot Snackers).

Try slicing these into a tomato-centric salad. The bite of the pepperoni and the freshness of the tomato bring the best out in each other.

Ingredients:

Pork, water, glucose, salt, mustard, spices and spice extracts, garlic, sugar, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, canola oil, smoke.

How it's Made

We switched out the mustard in our Original Pepperoni for cayenne to create Freybe’s Bold Original Pepperoni Snackers. Once we’ve combined the spices with the pork, we move on to blending everything to the perfect consistency. Once we’ve stuffed our Bold Original Pepperoni Snackers into their casings, we take the time to hard-wood smoke them until they’re thoroughly dried, ready to eat, and brimming with that famous Freybe flavour.
